The journal dashboard — ProjectX prop-account activity captured as you trade.
Connect your ProjectX account
Username and API key — that's the connection.
ProjectX is the platform behind a growing set of prop firms, each running its own ProjectX organization. To journal a ProjectX account, you connect it with your ProjectX username and API key for that account.
Because the connection is per account, traders who run evaluations or funded accounts across more than one ProjectX firm can connect each one and journal them all in the same place. We do not assume which firm you trade with — you bring the account, and its fills become journaled trades.
Once connected, capture is automatic. Every fill that occurs on that ProjectX account is turned into a trade with entry, exit, size, and side — captured automatically and reconciled against your broker so the record stays always current.
Every account, one review
The prop trader's multi-account blind spot, closed.
Running several ProjectX accounts usually means several dashboards, and it is easy for one account's performance to hide behind the others. When each connected account journals into a single place, you can see per-account P&L side by side and stop guessing which evaluation is actually carrying you.
Each account keeps its own trade history, so an eval that is quietly bleeding out looks different from a funded account that is holding steady. The point of a prop-account journal is exactly this: separate truth per account, in one review surface.
Daily view — one ProjectX account's session reviewed end to end.
Broker-reconciled + futures-native
Confirmed numbers and the metrics prop firms measure you on.
For every closed trade, MimikTrader shows a P&L derived from the fill prices right away, then upgrades it to the broker's confirmed figure once ProjectX's own settled activity arrives and matches. An account-level banner makes the state explicit — whether a number is still an estimate or has been reconciled to broker truth — so you never mistake one for the other.
On top of that sit the metrics that decide an evaluation: a P&L calendar for day-to-day consistency, profit factor, expectancy, win rate, and max drawdown, plus the Mimik Score, a 0–100 composite across win rate, profit factor, average win/loss, drawdown recovery, drawdown severity, and green-day consistency. Attach strategies, tags, and notes per trade, then filter by any of them to find where your prop-account edge really is.
Reports — drawdown, profit factor, and consistency across your ProjectX trading.
Plan honesty
Journaling is part of the Pro plan.
The ProjectX journal, its reports, and the analytics on this page are included with the Pro plan at $49.99/month, which begins with a 7-day trial. The Starter plan is for trade copying; the journal and advanced reporting live on Pro.
We would rather say that here than surprise you at the paywall. If reviewing your ProjectX accounts the way this page describes is what you are after, Pro is the plan that includes it.
